For CESMII certified roadmap professionals
You run the interviews, the workshops and the room. The agent turns what the client said, the assessment export, the interview notes, the workshop votes, into a first draft on CESMII's own templates, says what is missing, and waits for your review. The consultant is in command end to end.
Open the Agent Sold in run credits. One credit runs one phase.CESMII teaches that a roadmap is co-created with the client, not delivered to them. The agent is built on that rule: it has nothing to say until the client has spoken.
The interviews, the workshops, the alignment and the common language inside the project team are person to person. Nothing here replaces them. What the agent drafts is assembled from what the client answered, voted and said, never from what it thinks the answer should be.
A phase run ends awaiting your approval, with a list of what it could not do and why. You read the draft, correct it and approve it before anything moves to the next phase or reaches anyone else.
A theme with too little evidence, a planned interview question nobody asked, a figure the client never stated: the agent reports it as a finding rather than filling the gap. Unstated figures are red in the workbook.
It does not run your interviews, facilitate your workshops or sit in front of your client. It drafts with the help of large language models, so every file has to be read by you before it reaches anyone else. You remain the certified professional; this is the tool, not the consultant.
Five phases, following CESMII's fourteen steps, from Pre-Assess through to Communicate. Every file is a draft until you have approved it.
In full mode: the assessment dashboard and Helper, the participant plan and invites, the interview guide, the use case valuation workbook, three workshop kits, the roadmap builder, the leadership deck with its prewire memo, and the rest. Thirteen in light mode when you want the core file set and a faster run.
The official pptx, docx and xlsx templates are populated, not imitated. CESMII's own slides stay CESMII's; the agent adds designed slides around them.
Being good at reading a client's situation and running the right conversations does not come with a taste for slide masters and cell references. The production work is the part the agent takes; the plant floor and the room stay yours.
One control in the header sets the language of everything the client reads, including CESMII's template slides. Pick it once and the whole package follows.
The valuation workbook mirrors CESMII's own calculation cell for cell. The model narrates the figures; it never makes them up. Anything the client has not stated is flagged in red as an assumption.
One run credit buys one phase run. The process has five phases, so a complete engagement with no re-runs costs five credits. Re-running a phase as new inputs arrive, which is a normal part of the work, costs one more each time. A typical engagement uses seven to nine.
Creating an engagement, uploading inputs and reading the readiness checks cost nothing. A phase run that fails costs nothing either. Credits do not expire.
